If I CAN make up ONE new law and have it enforced FOREVER, by goons, I dictate Humanity (the quality of being humane; kindness; benevolence) to be of legal obligation. This renders that BY LAW:

1. Affectionate concern for the well-being of others without compensation, gratuitously - Complusory
2. Acts to relieve/alleviate suffering of another upon awareness of it - a personal responsiblilty
3. Mercilessness and Indifference - Criminal (Fine of S$1,000 per offence charged)

A simple law by which we (the human race) benefits greatly from in consideration of the fact that:

1. We (the human race) need/require love and that none of us is immuned to pitfalls in life.
2. A continuous source of goodwill from the Government ($$ collected from charge of offence used to create new jobs for those deprived of basic needs like food n shelter)

Knowledge and Fact that people are always going to be here to support when we need them - It's the only insurance we require. Doesn't hurt that this (Humanity -the quality or condition of being human) is made a reality BY LAW.
